Built in 1936, the house was bought by former soldier and resident of the area Koyrovichkoye, Igor Komarov of Kalashnikov. The house’s original roof was raised before it was torn down. Inside, the wall shows a large painting of the character of the house with the words – “The Ukrainian people are the workers’ revolution.”

The Koyovans’ main income came from selling their homes in Russia. The family moved to the house in 2005 as two brothers and a younger sister, who work in the city court building. The house was demolished in May this year just outside the official opening of the Ukrainian court. The owner was also recently charged with the crime of attempting to sell the houses while on duty.

The owner, Igor Kubatov, told TheJournal.ru of seeing his former wife as they moved
Kimironko house for sale for $34 million.

He was arrested, charged with four counts of robbery and assault with a deadly weapon, five counts of possession of marijuana and three counts of drug trafficking.

He’s now set to be arraigned Thursday in New Orleans.

In the incident, Jones said the victim was struck in the eye in a parking lot, and the two were forced into a parking garage with three or four other men. Jones said a second suspect was chased, grabbed in the head and tied to the garage with a rope.

The suspect was left paralyzed.

He faces up to two years in prison and a $18 million fine.

The homeowner, whose security cameras were used to capture this scene, would not comment on Jones’ arrest.

“I would like to be the one that takes these guys to justice for his own safety and his own health,” said neighbor Dave Rieber. “These are the types of guys that deserve it the most.”
